Khelifi Ahmed, de son vrai nom Ahmed Abbés Ben Aissa est né en 1921 à sidi Khaled, dans la wilaya de Biskra. L’artiste a marqué la scène culturelle algérienne par l’interprétation des œuvres des grands poètes, à l’instar de Benkriou et Ben Guittoune.
